At Freeflow we’re making it easy for blockchain developers to connect with web3 project leaders. Our marketplace enables discoverability, trust, and security in a space riddled with hiring problems.

Freeflow is a Techstars portfolio company. Since its inception just over 6 months ago, Freeflow has already supported over 300 successful hires and is rapidly scaling to support more web3 developers and builders.

What we are looking for

• You are excited about blockchain tech and the future of work enabled by web3
• You’re an active member and contributor in web3 communities (e.g., NFTs and DAOs)
• You consider yourself to be a Discord ‘power-user’ and enjoy engaging with others regularly on the platform
• You are curious and eager to solve big problems in the web3 hiring space
• You enjoy helping others bring their ideas to life and supporting builders and developers with day-to-day needs
• You are familiar with the basics of blockchain development and decentralized applications

Nice to have

• You have community management and/or customer support experience
• You have worked on Discord before
• You have some experience in or interest in sales
• You have freelanced in the past

Responsibilities

In this role you will be supporting Freeflow’s customers, ensuring that both blockchain developers and web3 project leaders always have a delightful and successful marketplace experience. The Discord Customer Representative will:

• Welcome and onboard developers and project leaders into the marketplace and guide them on how Freeflow can serve them
• Make suitable developer recommendations to clients looking for blockchain developers
• Support developers in closing deals by drafting agreements and processing payments
• Ensure that current projects are progressing as expected, regularly following up with both sides of the marketplace to provide support
